Public offer

Updated: 2026-11-01

General

This document is a public offer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan: the seller makes it to anyone buying an ArchDev99 Pro licence. Submitting the form on the archdev99.uz/en/buy page and paying constitutes full acceptance of the offer.

Seller

Rustam Mamadaminov Muxammadi o'g'li — a self-employed person, TIN 506233862. Activity: software development and technical support. Contact: Telegram.

What is sold

The right to use the Pro part of ArchDev99 on one computer (by Computer ID) — a simple (non-exclusive) licence — together with technical support for that period: updates and answers to questions. Term: 30, 60 or 90 days. The free part of the program and the 14-day Pro trial cost nothing.

Price and payment

Price: 25000 UZS — 30 days; the total for the chosen term is shown on the archdev99.uz/en/buy page. Payment is in Uzbek soums via Paynet Xolis: by the QR code or by transfer to the card shown on that page. An electronic receipt is issued for every payment. The seller is not a VAT payer.

Key delivery

After checking the payment, the seller issues the key, usually within one business day: it reaches the program by itself and is also shown on the archdev99.uz/en/buy page. The term runs from the day the key is issued; when an active key is extended, the remaining days are kept (3 months at most in total). If the payment is not found, the order is declined with the reason stated.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel the order before the key is issued, or the order is declined, the payment is refunded in full. After the key is issued: if Pro does not work through the seller's fault and this is not fixed within 14 days, the payment is refunded in full; otherwise the fee for unused full 30-day periods is refunded. To request a refund, write via Telegram: the money is returned to the paying card within 10 days.

Terms of use and liability

Use of the program is governed by the Terms of use (licence agreement). The program is provided “as is”; the seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. Open CAD Studio is free software by other authors; the seller is not responsible for how it works.

Personal data

Data from the purchase form is used only to issue the licence and the receipt: details in the Privacy policy.

Disputes and changes

Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The seller may change this offer: a new version applies from the day it is published on this page, while orders already paid follow the version in force at the time of payment.
