Privacy policy
ArchDev99 is a Windows program and the archdev99.uz website. This page explains what data they handle.
Computer ID
For licensing, the program reads hardware identifiers: the Windows MachineGuid, the system disk serial number and the motherboard UUID. They are combined into a "Computer ID". The ID stays on your PC; the seller learns it only if you send it yourself in order to buy a key.
What the program connects to
The program contacts only the following:
- archdev99.uz, to fetch the signed feed.json (prices, news, lessons, version);
- archdev99.uz/k/<hash>.txt, for the key file; the file name is a one-way hash of the Computer ID, so nobody who does not know the ID can find it;
- public HTTPS sites, only to read the Date header so the program knows the current time for the license check.
What is not sent
The program sends no telemetry and uploads none of your files or drawings.
License state
The license state is stored locally on your PC: in AppData, ProgramData and the Windows registry.
Website and cookies
archdev99.uz uses no cookies. Statistics are collected without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Payment and customer data
No payment data is processed on the website. Customer names are kept only by the seller, offline.
