Walls
- Thickness from a list: 380 / 250 / 120 / 400 / 200 / 100 mm
- Draw the centre line with CAD's own PLINE command: snap, ortho and polar tracking all work
- Walls from lines, polylines, rectangles, circles and arcs
- Corners and T-junctions are trimmed automatically
Doors / Windows
- Pick a ready item from the database: mark, size and name come from it
- The opening in the wall is cut automatically
- Single and double-leaf doors; windows get a sill height
- The database can be edited in Excel
RoomsPro
- Click inside a room: the outline is found from the walls and does not "leak" through doors
- Area, number and tag per ГОСТ 21.501
- Columns and shafts are subtracted from the area
- After moving a wall, "Update all rooms" recalculates everything

Install Open CAD Studio and ArchDev99
Open CAD Studio is a free open-source CAD. Install it, then run the ArchDev99 installer.
Open a drawing
Open a drawing in Open CAD Studio: the panel appears next to the CAD window and connects to it through the local API.
Press a panel button
Press the button you need, or start a wall with Ctrl+Alt+W. The panel does the rest.

How to buy
Copy the Computer ID
Install ArchDev99, open Settings → License and copy the Computer ID.
Pay and send the ID
Pay by card and send the Computer ID to us on Telegram.
Get the key and activate
The key arrives automatically (License → "Get from the internet") or via Telegram. Paste it into the window and press Activate.
Renewal works the same way: the new key arrives automatically.

Which CAD does it work with?
Open CAD Studio. It does not work with AutoCAD: the panel connects to Open CAD Studio through its local API.
Setup shows "Windows protected your PC". What should I do?
Windows shows this warning because the program is not digitally signed. Click More info, then Run anyway.
Is internet required?
The free part works offline. Pro needs an internet connection at least once every 30 days. The trial also needs one connection the first time.
Does the key work on another PC?
No, the key is bound to the Computer ID. It keeps working after you replace a disk or the motherboard. After reinstalling Windows, contact us for a new key.
How does renewal work?
After payment a new key is prepared and the program fetches it from the internet by itself (License → "Get from the internet"). If you prefer, the key can also be sent on Telegram.
How long is the trial?
14 days from the first launch. During that time the Pro features work for free.
